Hey peeps, i am back! Its been awhile since i have been blogging on this blog.

*Updates*
Missy faithy is out of job officially as of 7th feb 2006. If you guys have been wondering what am i doing since then, well, nothing much, bumping around, looing for jobs, going for interviews, meeting and catching up with friends, sleeping, recuperating so and so forth.

Why quit so suddenly, because, though i like what i was doing, but i couldn't stand the culture of the company. Every day when i go into the office, i feel like snapping at a particular person, and up till today, i am still convinced that this person is biase. And there are things which this person didn't push for me. Fine enough of what has already gone passed. Am now actively looking for positions available. Do let me know if you happen to come across any openings.

*Updates*
I went to SianZrong's dad's shop yesterday to take a last look at the old kallang airport market. Is going to be tear down and rebuild again. Had a great time looking at the old school stuff, things you will not be able to catch in most of the markets now. Was very captivated with the different sign boards i saw. Took some pictures of it. Talking about historic, Oh Man!!

Look at this! Lily Beauty Parlour. Look at the Sign boards! Look at those walls! If you look closely, you will be able to see a damn old steamer at the background. I walked past it, and saw 2 aunties sitting inside colouring their hair. One of them was actually falling asleep! I forgot to walk in and ask about the pricing. Many of you might not be fascinated la, these kind of parlours are still accessible in many places still what you might say. But wait till you see this..

Just in case some have cock eyes and cannot see. The sign board says, 'Daisy Beauty Parlour" Guess where exactly is this? Is actually right smack next to "Lily Beauty Parlour" Yes! they are neighbours! Literally side by side. Now compare the sign boards, the wordings, the colour, the placing, the walls and even the poster girl is the same! This is definitely a rare sight. So much for doing business huh? Anyway, i don't think the aunties here does rebonding. A poodle perm prolly, Hehehehee.

SianZrong and me walk around the place, and it brought back so much memories. I guess things like these will not get a chance to live on to see our next generation. So many redevelopment projects, these things could only be held in our hearts from now on.

I walk past this store, at first, i thought i saw, "Marriage Store" later then i realise that it was "Merrigold Store". I guess this sign is at least 40 to 50 years old? Comparing the two signs above, this has a simpler font and is literally hand painted. You could still see the outlines of the fonts which obviously have been repainted before. Imagine a sign board being much older then me...All these would be gone by tomorrow i guess.

SianZrong's granny's 30 year old sign board. This one is considered new among the many others around. This actually has a 3-D effect. Too bad the dad didn't want to keep the sign, so they might shift it back to the granny' place. Later on, we found some really old electronic stuff which you can't buy from anywhere in singapore. There were 2 very old, 'don't know whether still in working condition' TV. Old meaning is those kind of TV where i believe, saw Mr S.Rajaratnam on TV giving speech to establish the broadcasting domain in Singapore. We also found those 'i called it 1st generation' gaming device. I didn't manage to take a photo of it. But we will be taking it soon. Might want to sell it as antiques to those enthusiatics out there.

Its definitely a great trip i must say. The only thing was, most of the food stall are closed already. It will be a good thing if they were to shift into the temporary shelter. But if not, people craving for good food will have one haunt lesser to patronise.

I had a great time yesterday night also. Found a good place to relax in marine parade. "Boardgame paradize" Yeah! Hahahha then after that had a very long singing session from 8-1am. hahahaha So high!! Followed by a chilling out session at beach cabana. Cool..i am enjoying my life!

Welcome!

there's nothing wrong with my name.
If you think you know me, read my blog and think again.
I'm imperfect and I'm Lovin' It.
I'm the only witness and the only person who can judge my life.
This is my blog so..then that is just too bad.

It's Me

I love flowers.
I love pink.
I'm stubborn and messy; absolutely lazy.
I mahjong till dawn,
I shop till dusk.
That's coz...
I'm who i AM.
And a beautifully FAT one too.
